Return Policy

At Rivelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs.rivelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
